Who do you supply?
Independent retailers: clothing stores, country outfitters, saddleries, gift and homewares stores, and online boutiques. Supply is wholesale, to businesses that sell on to their own customers.

Can I buy for myself?
Jeremiah supplies businesses rather than individual shoppers. If you are a shopper, ask your local store to get in touch.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the lines you choose and are written on your quote.

Where can I see wholesale prices?
Prices are quoted in writing for each order, so they reflect the lines, quantities and freight involved.

Can I see samples before ordering?
For some lines, yes. Ask in your first letter which pieces you would like to see; whether samples are possible depends on the item.

Do you carry particular brands?
Ask about the labels or styles you are after. Availability changes, and Jeremiah will tell you plainly what can and cannot be supplied.

Where do you send orders?
Enquiries are handled from Echuca, Victoria. Freight to anywhere in Australia can be quoted; the carrier, cost and timing are confirmed with each order.
8.
How do I pay?
Payment details and terms are set out on the quote or invoice. Nothing is charged through this website.
9.
Can I have a line exclusively in my town?
Ask. It depends on the line and the area, and anything agreed will be put in writing.
10.
What if something arrives faulty?
Write straight away with your order details and photographs. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
